Faith You Can Bring to Work
One of our deepest desires at Catholic Noles is to help students carry their faith beyond the walls of the Co-Cathedral and into every aspect of their lives, including their future workplaces.

College can provide countless academic and personal lessons, but students are often unprepared for the complexities of professional life: ethical dilemmas, high-pressure environments, and workplace cultures that challenge their values. Many find themselves wondering, how can I live out my Catholic faith authentically in my career?

To help answer that, we’re launching a new initiative this year: Catholics Mean Business.

This series brings together Catholic professionals who witness to the power of faith at work. Through candid conversations and practical wisdom, these leaders will share how their Catholic worldview shapes their decisions, their relationships, and even the way they define success. Speakers will give students an opportunity to explore ethics, leadership, and navigating office dynamics with integrity and grace.

Spearheaded by Sam Nunnally, our Director of Campus Ministry, a former finance professional himself, this series is designed especially for juniors and seniors—those on the cusp of launching into the professional world.
We are thrilled to kick off the semester with an inspiring guest: Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz, who will speak about the intersection of faith, justice, and leadership at the highest levels.

Through Catholics Mean Business, we hope to equip our students not only with practical tools, but with the confidence that their Catholic faith is a strength—not meant to be checked at the door — in every vocation they pursue.

If you are interested in speaking with students, or someone you know would make a powerful speaker for a future Catholics Mean Business session, please reach out to Sam Nunnally sam@catholicnoles.org—we’d love to hear your ideas.
